BoomCo Halo MA5 blaster muzzle

My buddy's little one had an accident with his bright red Boomco Halo MA5 blaster dart gun, breaking off the tip. I salvaged a blue blaster tip of mine, took it apart using Fusion360, and modified it to avoid needing any support structures by changing minor overhangs into chamfers. After that, I 3D printed it with flawless results. I chose PLA for this print, but PETG or ABS might be better options for durability considering the kids will be handling them. To add strength, I set my printer to four perimeters and thirty percent infill.
