I had to figure out a way to tilt bookshelf speakers positioned above my kitchen cabinets. You might need to adjust the height of the lip if your speakers are bigger than my Micca MB42X. These supports are angled at roughly 15%, which can also be easily customized to suit your needs. I attached them to scrap wood, but it's not always necessary to do so.
