This compressed file contains various formats such as obj, max, and fbx. Included are 14 textures for potential UV map modifications. There are seven distinct UV maps accessible. The book model comes in two versions: closed (48 polys, 96 tris, 52 verts) and open (86 polys, 172 tris, 90 verts). Collision-free UCX is not included with the models; however, additional formats may be available upon request. All UV maps have been tested in Unreal Engine.
