Post-Printing</ul></div></h3> <p><strong>Assembly Notes:</strong></p> <p><div><p>I cut the copper tape in half to get the trace width I wanted. When soldering the copper tape, lay the tape as one solid piece. Then cut on the notches to open up a gap of approx 1 - 1.5mm. Goal is that the copper track overlaps each LED by approx 1mm. </p> Super glue the battery clip onto the tabs.</div></p> <p>Solder it all together, be fast on the copper tape. More than a second of heating is enough to deform the plastic.</p> <p><strong>Finishing Ideas</strong></p> <p>Print a sticker to hide/protect the copper and act as an LED diffuser.</p> </p></p> Category: Engineering
