BookLine is a 3d printed stand that makes room for a big monitor by holding your MacBook vertically and keeps it off the desk. Put your MacBook on Bookline, and plug in your external monitor, keyboard, and mouse. I use it at my home office work desk to save space, it also provides plenty of room for heat dissipation to keep my laptop running at high temperature. Prints in 8 hours at 50% infill using PLA with Ultimaker 2+, be sure to print it in the sideway orientation. There would be no need for any support structure, check images for reference. Also ventilate your room if you are planning to use ABS. Design using Autodesk Fusion 360. I am using MacBook Pro 16 in the images. I hope you guys like it. Let me know your feedback after using it.
