The story behind objects sometimes holds more value than the object itself. In my case, I often forget about possessions unless they are visible. After visiting the library and acquiring half a dozen books, I forgot about them when my wife placed them in a basket. Three weeks later, a library email reminded me of the books. In the shower, I thought to place them on my lab desk and organize them with unique bookends featuring Laurie Anderson's bust. This idea led me to consider other bust options like Bre, Tony, or Colbert. To create these bookends, print and hot glue the chosen bust onto each bookend, potentially using a mirror for the second print. Additionally, applying felt to the bottom of the bookends can prevent sliding.
