Create your own cover with your favorite CAD, simply by drawing a 54x70x1mm square, with 45 chamfered edges on the bottom. The book is assembled as follows: Separate the two sides of the Cover after printing. Remove the built-in supports under the hinge and the lock pin. Clean all finish parts thoroughly. Do a test fit to ensure the Upper and Lower Pins slide in smoothly without resistance, spin freely, and the pages fit neatly inside. Insert the pins and glue the Pages to the back cover (this goes over the pins ends, locking them securely in place). Hide your belongings safely.
