<p>A bottle opener made for competition entry to suit 26mm crown caps.</p><p><i>Edit: Two additional files added, these separate the outline from the body allowing you to print the outline first then print the body over the top, this print is shown in the cover photo.</i></p><p>I printed at 0.2mm with 40% cubic infill setting the colour change to occur at layer 31. Two 2mm slots accommodate standard universal washers (ø16mm x 1.7mm - to be inserted after printing) for cap removal.</p><p>I initially tried to pause the print to insert the washers but the Z position drifted a little and this compromised the layer strength. I couldn't break this current design though.</p><p>I am going to experiment printing it face down and see if the eyes and outline can be on the same plane.</p><p>Post a make if you found it useful.</p>
