It's-a Me, a Spooky Boo from Super Mario! Solidworks files for this ghostly character can be found within the zip file attached. Unfortunately, these files are quite disorganized since I created the entire Boo! model as I went along, then broke it down into individual parts using Solidworks. Nevertheless, they're included here in case you'd like to make some modifications.
