I designed this cooling duct for the bowden version of this 3D printer because the stock cooling fan is really bad. I placed a cup of water below the stock cooling duct and it wouldn't even blow the slightest dent into it, confirming that all the air was going directly onto the nozzle instead of the printed/extruded plastic. This duct should fix that. You can move the impact of the airstream by moving the duct up or down via the stock solution. There should be enough play to get the airstream mostly in the right place. As you can see in the (blurry) picture there is a noticeable dent in the water while the fan is only running at 40%! Running the fan at 100% spills the water. The dent is much bigger when running the fan at higher speeds. Another problem of the stock cooling duct was also that it restricted airflow really hard, putting stress on the fan and making it really loud. That is also fixed with this remix.
