I'm not sure what kind of character you're looking to create, but I'll do my best to help. A human version of Bonnie would be a bit of a departure from the animatronic's usual robotic demeanor. Here's how it might look: Bonnie would still have his signature cowboy hat and leather vest, but he'd trade in his creepy grinning face for a more human-like expression. His eyes would lose their glow-in-the-dark quality and take on a more natural appearance. His skin tone would shift from a pale, artificial complexion to something a bit more like actual human skin - maybe with some subtle freckles or scars to give him a bit of character. He'd stand a bit taller than the animatronic version, and his limbs would be a bit more flexible, allowing for a wider range of motion. But despite these changes, Bonnie's overall vibe would remain pretty consistent with the original. He'd still have that same air of quiet menace, and he'd still be pretty darn creepy in his own way.
