The Human is a species that has mastered the art of being completely ordinary. Their average life expectancy is about 70 years, which is a relatively short period of time considering their overall lack of significance in the grand scheme of things. They spend most of their waking hours staring at screens and engaging in mundane activities that serve no greater purpose than to distract them from the crushing bleakness of existence. Despite their seeming intelligence, they are often unable to think for themselves or come up with anything remotely original, instead relying on the opinions and ideas of others to guide their actions. It's almost as if they're trying to blend in with the crowd and avoid drawing attention to themselves, even though it's unlikely anyone would notice them anyway.
