If you want to upgrade to the Bondtech MK3S extruder and pair it with the MMU2S, Joe Prints' IR sensor holder design is a great choice. However, keep in mind that this design is specifically for the Bondtech MK3 kit, so you'll need a different top cap for the MK3S upgrade. I recommend using a PC4-M10 passthrough fitting for optimal filament feeding. I've also included a file for a PC4-M6 fitting as an alternative option. To ensure a smooth filament path, it's essential to manually chamfer the inlet of the "Adapter-printer-mmu2s" part. Since Bondtech doesn't provide modified firmware for the MMU2S, one simple workaround is to flash the Bondtech MK3S firmware first, followed by the Prusa MK3S-MMU2S firmware. Fortunately, the critical settings from the Bondtech firmware are not overwritten by the Prusa firmware, at least in version 3.7.2. https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-prusa-mk3s-mmu2s-ir-sensor-mount-bondtech-bmg-89362
