Bondtech LGX / Dragon Hotend Adapter

This is a remix that includes the fan shroud for the LGX to Dragon Adapter, this works really well and is easily printed without requiring supports (I also printed without part-cooling as I don't have the setup yet). In addition to the screws for the LGX & Dragon which should have come with both of those parts, you require 2-4 M3 screws + nuts in order to attach the fan, you can use a longer screw initially to "pull" the nut deep into it's channel, then you can remove that and use short screws to attached the fan.
