I got fed up with the crummy feeding section of my Cetus MKII, so I built this conversion to switch to the 5mm Bondtech Feeder Drive setup. This particular conversion is designed for any 42mm Nema17 motor (I used the 17HS4401 in my case). Check out my other projects for the same conversion tailored specifically to the Cetus MKII extruder servo (Moons Servos). V1.1 I moved the idler out a bit to add 0.1mm backlash, and that was a good call since it wasn't enough torque with this servo to push through the filament when it's at 0 backlash. I also adjusted the "access hole" on the side of the main body up a notch, centered with the drive gear. That's not crucial, but it makes it easy to access the allen set screw if needed. I also added holes in the body and cover for screws. I opted for 2.1mm on the body and 2.5mm on the cover. Finally, I bumped up the offset ledge height for the idle bearings by 0.2mm. V1.2 I moved the idler out another 0.2mm, which was a wise move since it increased the diameter of the main_body idler shaft hole by 0.2mm. That's essential because more fragile PLA will break when trying to push it through with the old setup. V1.3 I added a model specifically for ABS, as the backlash was too tight due to shrinkage if using ABS with the PLA model.
