Bondtech Extruder files for M6 pneumatic fittings

This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2664315 The original files weren't designed with M6 fittings in mind, so I modified the opening to accommodate common M6 pneumatic fittings for bowden use. I also repositioned the mounting holes and created an opening for the M3 square nut that needs to be secured by the tension bolt. Apart from these changes, the files remain largely unchanged. I've also included mirrored versions of the files for users who prefer not to alter their E Motor direction in firmware settings. For my 17-tooth gears, I'm using a setting of 140 steps/mm for E0.
