Bondtech BMG part1 modified for easier e3d v6 installation

thingiverse

This is an edit of part 1 in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3182969 I struggled mightily with the installation of the E3D v6, and made some crucial adjustments. The collet can remain securely attached to the v6 in this revised design. Also added a slot for a square m3 nut that fits snugly onto the tension screw. This design can be printed without supports, but you may notice a slight sagging of the lip for the tensioner. A small amount of cleanup is required, although I believe it's comparable to using supports in this case. If you prefer to use supports, simply set the Overhang Threshold in slic3r to 8 degrees. 2019-01-17 UPDATE: I've added part 2 and 3 so they can be downloaded simultaneously. Additionally, I included one design that features built-in support.
