This Bondtech BMG Bracket was born after a series of rigorous tests on several prints of the renowned "Bondtech BMG mount for Creality CR10 Ender 3" created by bytespider. Unfortunately, it consistently broke apart during installation, even before initiating a print. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that several critical parts lacked an infill structure, which was essential to maintaining the integrity of the layers. In response, I designed a brand-new version from scratch, carefully preserving the same hole volume and design elements (which function flawlessly). If you're eager to print this versatile extruder holder but face difficulties with petG or ABS, give this alternative a try. PLA+ produces outstanding results, and the revised design makes it extremely robust. After printing five of these brackets with varying shapes and sizes, I can confidently assert that this particular model fits perfectly and will never succumb to breakage. I extend my gratitude to bytespider for sharing his original design, which served as the foundation for creating this improved version.
