Bondtech BMG+E3D v6+X-carriage mgh12 block
thingiverse
I'm still learning the ropes with 3D printing and CAD design. I recently upgraded my 3D printer with some new components, including BMG, E3D V6, and linear rails MGH12, and I want to make sure everything works seamlessly together. To achieve this goal, I've taken Greg's excellent designs and adapted them to suit my needs. Specifically, I've used his HOT! 2 and BLTouch mount designs as a starting point. The X-carriage fits perfectly onto the MGH12 block, and there's also a convenient cable chain mounting option available. I've specified an ABL mount with a 18mm configuration, along with a 40x10 fan to keep everything running smoothly. To assemble the entire setup, you'll need 12 pieces of M3 threaded inserts. For version 2 of this design, I made some adjustments to ensure that the HeatSink fits more securely and added some space for a PTFE clip.
