Bond Bridge Link for "Tizio" desk lamp

This is the replacement part for the red link at both ends of the Bond Bridge of the famous TIZIO desk lamp, created by Richard Sapper for Artemide in 1972. With time, the plastic of the red links tends to crystallize and come apart (see photos). Replacements are almost impossible to find and very expensive compared to their complexity/quantity of material. Therefore I made two for my lamp. ===================== TO NOTE: I suppressed the big hole drilled on the side of the original link. Conversely, I introduced a small hole to insert a pin and block the small metal shaft inside the link. In the original part, that was not necessary as the links used to be printed around the shaft - I presume. In my design, the main hole is slightly smaller than the shaft to allow a better grip. You might need to enlarge that hole with a 2.5mm (3/32") drill bit. That should be tight enough and the shaft won't slip even without pins.
