Bonanza interior plastic trim pieces are getting worn out, fragile, pricey, and difficult to come across. This component is an excellent illustration of the issue. In addition to a gear down light, some Bonanza aircraft have a mechanical flag that confirms the landing gear is in place for landing by its movement. The part trims out the interior and supports the bracket that holds the indicator. If you need one, it's straightforward.
