Bomber Jello Shot Mold

Bomber Jello Shot Mold

Custom ice treats! Or popsicles. Or candies. Or whatever you desire. Printed with the Flexion Extruder. This design relies on layer lines forming a tight seal to keep liquids inside. It works, but you must ensure a snug fit between sides A and B. Applying some pressure helps (that's why we use a clamp). The mold itself didn't come apart cleanly, so I lost some detail. Coating the mold with cooking oil makes release easier. For more information on designing molds from flexible filaments, see this post. Make sure your material is food safe before making anything edible in this mold. Ninjaflex and Semiflex aren't safe for consumption. ExcelFil TECH Flex by Voltivo appears to be food safe, but read the MSDS carefully before using it for food. Use a good flexible filament extruder to get accurate prints without blobs or voids. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: Use a quality flexible filament extruder for great results from Ninjaflex or other flexible filaments.
