This meticulously crafted model is designed to mirror the actual scale of its real-life counterpart, a commercial airliner. Animateable features abound, including whirring turbines, retractable landing gear, doors that swing open with precision, rudder, elevators, ailerons, inboard and outboard flaps - all fully textured with vibrant maps and liveries, and boasting an impressive level of exterior detail. The model's versatility knows no bounds, available in numerous formats to suit various needs. Developed as part of a family of narrow-body twin-engine aircraft, the Bombardier CS-100 was crafted to meet the demands of regional and continental markets. Initially conceived and built by Bombardier of Canada, it has since evolved into a joint manufacturing partnership with Airbus of France. Designed to accommodate 100 to 133 passengers, this aircraft took its first flight in September 2013. It began operational service with Swiss Global Airlines and Air Baltic in 2016. In 2018, Airbus acquired a majority stake in the C Series, solidifying its presence in the market. Building on this momentum, Airbus opened a second assembly plant in Mobile, Alabama in 2019 to produce the Airbus 220-100 and its variants.
