The CRJ1000, modeled after actual dimensions, features detailed textures and materials. It boasts numerous animateable elements such as turbines, landing gear, doors, ailerons, inboard flaps, and outboard flaps. This aircraft is offered in multiple formats for various purposes. On February 19, 2007, Bombardier launched the CRJ1000's development, initially designated CRJ900X as an extended version of CRJ900 with up to 100 seats. The first production flight took place on July 28, 2009 in Montreal, targeting Q1 2010 entry into service. As of March 2014, 70 units have been delivered to airlines while 36 remain unfilled.
