The CRJ1000 model is intricately designed based on actual dimensions and features authentic textures and materials. Available in various formats to suit diverse applications, the CRJ1000 was launched on February 19, 2007 as an extended version of the CRJ900, with seating capacity up to 100 passengers. Its first production flight took place on July 28, 2009 in Montreal, and it entered service during Q1 of 2010.
