###These are the printable M5 bolts and nut for Modular Mounting System. 25mm is for arm joints. 65mm for phone clamp. ###WARNING: ###The 25mm bolt may not be strong enough to keep arms firmly in place. Metal bolts are highly recommended. ###DO NOT print in vertical orientation. ###Printing tip: - In order for the bolts to withstand pulling force, they must be printed horizontally. To achieve this, trim off bottom teeth and use a 30-degree step shape (usually 45 degrees when printed vertically). - Increase wall line counts in slicer until the bolts become solid. - Enable complete support interface to ensure successful printing with support material at 0.2mm layer height. - Print bolts and nuts at low outer wall speed (15mm/s) for enhanced accuracy. - If bolt tolerance doesn't work out, try adjusting XY compensation settings in slicer to increase tolerance.
