Modified to sit on the deck - original file wasn't touching printer deck. This design aims to create a robust thread with exceptional pressure resistance. Its potential as a metal version replacement is promising. The T-nut enables compatibility with aluminum extrusion commonly used in 3D printers and CNC machines framing. All angles are intentionally set at 50 degrees or less, allowing the bolt to be printed standing upright on its end without supports for the thread, unlike traditional printing methods where it would normally stand on its head. Let me know if alternative sizes or designs are required; I'll upload completed variations when ready. I'm excited about this challenge!
