The measurements I provided should fit my printer perfectly with my settings, but even so, the nut doesn't always offer enough resistance to ensure the puzzle functions correctly. I created a longer version of the puzzle because there was limited space for the puzzler to twist and discover the complexities involved in tightening it further. The longer design provides more rotations without locking the puzzle while still concealing the solution. PS: I apologize for the distorted images; I didn't realize they would be resized.
