Why?... Because those bad guys aren't going to shoot themselves unless they're orks. Some base design work came from Youmagine.com, a leading platform for 3D designs, specifically the Warhammer-40k Bolt Pistol. The eagle in this project is sourced from Thingiverse, a popular community-driven 3D model repository, with reference number 1363920. UPDATE: MKII version is now available, and many of the files have been adjusted to work seamlessly with other 3D printing software, including Thingiverse's own offerings with reference number 2138894. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator (5th Generation) Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Infill: 10% Notes: I have already run these pieces through MeshMixer to add supports, except the handle. The 5th gen's native support is more effective for that piece, simply rotate it upside down and lay flat. For the clip, lay it flat on its teeth.
