Bolt & nuts tollerances test

Bolt & nuts tollerances test

thingiverse

This tolerance testing device provides insight into the tolerances required when working with bolts and nuts during the design phase. The model offers five distinct sizes, ranging from the smallest (measured using a caliper) to the largest, with each increment increasing by a consistent amount in millimeters. The number displayed on the side corresponds to the diameter of the smallest hole and the shorter diagonal of the equilateral triangle. The "+number" indicates the millimeter increment between holes, while an arrow points towards the direction of decreasing size. I have also included a 360-degree Fusion model for your convenience, which is parametrically designed. This means you can easily modify the first two sketches to test different sizes as needed.
