Bolt holder for Z endstop on Printrbot Jr
thingiverse
To secure the Z endstop screw on your Printrbot Jr., you can use this holder for the bolts. Originally, the screw would loosen and the bottom bolt would roll down, so I designed this simple solution. Although it could be tighter around the wood, it effectively eliminates the need for a wrench during adjustments. Welle417 has a more secure version available at thingiverse.com/thing:82896. Here's how to use my design: 1. Adjust the two bolts so they have a flat side parallel with the long side of the wood they are clamping. 2. Place the printed holder over the bolts as tightly as possible. 3. Re-adjust the Z endstop screw if necessary. The fit might not be perfect, but it should work well for your Printrbot Jr. If it's too loose, push it further in towards the bolt or use a piece of paper to create a tighter fit. Each Printrbot may differ slightly.
