Bolt Cap
thingiverse
A Simple Bolt Cover to Conceal a Bolt's Head. The dimensions of this cap are determined during printing, with an internal standard size of 14 millimeters. Measure your bolt at its widest point (refer to photo 3) and divide by 14 millimeters. This will give you the scaling factor. For instance, if your bolt is 14.7 millimeters wide at its maximum measurement, the scaling factor would be 1.05, as calculated by dividing 14.7 by 14. Designing this Bolt Cover I created this design using FreeCAD.
