I needed bolts and bushings for my bearings. I used Fusion 360 to quickly design them. The nut had to be made a little bigger in both X and Y scales on my printer to get good clearance, but I'm not using a high-end machine. The hex size was chosen to use the bed height sensor wrenches that came with my Printrbot (16mm wooden wrenches).
