Bolex H16 flat base adapter for Manfrotto / Sachtler tripods

This is meant to serve a dual purpose as both a flat base adapter for round base Bolex H16 or H8 cameras, and to provide quick mounting capabilities to Manfrotto and/or Sachtler tripods. It requires a 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 screw to attach the camera. This is my first design, combining two other designs credited here. I created it in AutoDesk Meshmixer and have successfully printed it to confirm that it does mount properly to both my Manfrotto 501 head and Bolex H16 Reflex camera, and it seems sturdy. Still, the file could likely benefit from some cleanup / simplification (which is beyond my current skillset).
