Inside are housed : Arduino card + RAMPS1.4 + LCD screen 12864 + two fans 25x25 + one fan 40x40.\r\nNB : Parts are designed to be printed without material support.\r\nThe assembly consists of three printed parts : - the main body - a side panel - a LCD frame\r\nHardware: - 4 screws M3x20 - 2 screws M3x25 or M3x30 - 1 female electrical connector 2.1 x 5.5 mm\r\n \r\nPrep\r\n1. Print and clean the three parts.\r\n2. Remove the printing supports from the side panel : - USB plug passage - SD card passage - Electrical connector location.\r\n3. Remove the printing support from the LCD frame : - Button passage.\r\n4. Check that everything fits properly.\r\nAssembly\r\n(Watch the assembly video : link at the beginning of this article)\r\n1. Fix fans 25x25 with M2.5x16 screws. One screw per fan is enough.\r\n2. Connect the two cables of the LCD screen on the RAMPS board only.\r\n3. Slide the Arduino and RAMPS cards previously wired into the case.\r\n4. Clamp the cables (and sheath) using a plastic tie.\r\n5. Slide the fan 40x40 into place.\r\n6. Mount the female electrical power connector 2.1 x 5.5 on the side panel.\r\n7. Connect the fan and the power connector on the power terminal block.\r\n8. Put the LCD screen in place.\r\n9. Place the LCD frame and fix it with one M3x20 screw at the top and one M3x25 screw downstairs.\r\n10. Put the side cover and fasten it with three screws M3x20 and one screw M3x25 which is placed at the bottom left of the LCD frame.\r\nAnd that's it!\r\nSo, happy? ;)\r\n---
