Hy all, Here is my control case inside which is housed : arduino card + RAMPS1.4 + LCD 12864 screen. Is now also available with fan : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1758859 Update 2018/05/16 : NEW v3 NB : Parts are designed to be printed without material support. The assembly consists of three printed parts : the main body a side panel a LCD frame Hardware: 5 screws M3x20 1 screw M3x25 or M3x30 1 female electrical connector 2,1 x 5,5 mm Prep 1 - Print the three parts 2 - Remove printing supports from side panel : USB plug SD card electrical connector 3 - Remove printing supports from LCD frame : button passage 4 - Check that everything fits properly Assembly 1 - Slide the Arduino + wired RAMPS into rails located at bottom of case 2 - Clamp cables (and sheath) using plastic tie. This will avoid unplugging anything when inadvertently pulling on cables. 3 - Place LCD and its frame onto side panel 4 - Assemble parts with two screws M3x20 5 - Mount female electrical power connector 2.1 x 5.5 6 - Connect power cord to terminal strip of RAMPS and LCD connectors 7 - Fit LCD panel + side panel into main body See this little video of Assembly : https://youtu.be/KAhP9ZLRwqQ 8 - Assemble with remaining screws, longest going into hole next to button on LCD monitor And that's it!
