Box with hinge and clasp fully configurable under Fusion 360 and fully printable in 3D after printing. Introduce 1.75 mm 3D filament into holes as hinge pin. You can operate cover with mouse to open and close box (parameters dialog box must be closed). Under Fusion, access settings: In DESIGN space > MODIFY > fx change parameters Access table: "Name" column contains variable name and "Comment" an explanation. Change values in "Expression" column: All values are in mm except "Chamfer_Yes_No", which can contain 1 for Yes or 0 for No to round corners and inner/outer edges of box. Editable parameters: - Inside width of box - Inside length of box - Thickness of walls - Inside height of base of Box - Inside height of lid of box - Chamfering edges and angles: 1=Yes or 0=No - Approximate length desired for hinge modules (calculation will try to approach it) Enter consistent values in table; program does not check for errors or aberrations. In case of problem: exit model without saving, reload to restart with default values. For boxes containing food, provide compatible filament. I do not know how to convert this Fusion 360 file into a SCAD file that is very common. If anyone knows, I'm interested in learning more. Printing parameters: If base and cover heights are the same, generate single STL file containing both parts; print them at the same time. Plan to separate them smoothly from one another. Provide: - Thin layer height for precise holes in hinges - 3 or 4 lower/upper layers for finishing - 3 contour/perimeter shells for strength - 35% filling - Only cavity under clasp of base requires supports
