Boise Ear Saver with Strap Locks for Homemade Masks

I enjoyed goldmole's Boise Ear Saver design, as it greatly improved my experience wearing a mask for 8 hours straight without discomfort. To enhance the design for use with homemade masks, I made three notable improvements. Firstly, taller posts were added to the ends of the design to accommodate thicker straps commonly used by homemade masks. This adjustment ensures a more secure fit and reduces strain on the ears. Secondly, a channel was incorporated into the posts, allowing users to lock one side of the strap in place while putting on the mask. The other side's strap still slides around the adjacent post as usual. This feature simplifies the process of donning the mask. Lastly, thicker straps were implemented to provide greater stability and minimize flimsiness. This modification also makes it easier to put on the mask, reducing frustration and discomfort. The homemade mask I'm using was purchased from TheRoseOfValhalla's Etsy shop at https://www.etsy.com/shop/TheRoseOfValhalla.
