The Bois-Couturier Covered Walkway, a massive stone tomb situated in Guiry-en-Vexin, France, was unearthed by an agricultural laborer in the year 1915. This ancient burial site lies hidden within a hillside overlooking the Aubette valley at an elevation of 132 meters. With its entrance facing south/southeast, the burial chamber measures 7 meters long and 2 meters wide. In contrast, the antechamber is short but wide, measuring 1 meter by 1.85 meters in length and width. The walls, constructed from horizontal layers of limestone plates, stand at a height of 1.30 meters. Unfortunately, the alignment of the limestone slabs forming the roof has been disrupted, and their current position reflects restoration efforts. This point cloud was generated using FARO Focus S70 scan data, which was then processed in FARO SCENE. For more information regarding this topic, refer to the work of SOULIER Ph. GUY H., published in 1995 as "Dolmens et menhirs du Val-d'Oise," a comprehensive archaeological study that appears in Notices d'archeologie du Val-d'Oise n°4, compiled by the Service departemental d'archeologie du Val-d'Oise on page 26-27.
