A custom boiler thermostat housing designed specifically for my dad. I sketched it out in SketchUp and had it 3D printed using a combination of ABS plastic and acetone fumes to smooth out the finish. From the top, you'll notice openings under the knob that allow access to the thermostat itself, as well as screws that secure the housing in place. Looking from below, you'll see holes for the wires that connect to the thermostat. The housing is attached to the surface using two screws, providing a sturdy and secure fit.
