The rotary hammer was produced by SIG-Maschinen GmbH in Recklinghausen, Germany. It is a lightweight version of these hand-operated tools. They were used to drill holes in the rock, creating massive amounts of noise. The individual operating switch stands out as unique. The exhibit was donated to the museum in 1993 in exchange for a standard-issue uniform jacket. (InvNr. 030002649001) Created by Jessica Hornung using Artec Space Spider and Artec Studio 15
