The 3D model in question was first brought to life using Sketchup 8 as its creative spark. Subsequently, it was skillfully converted into all other formats available for 3D models. By default, the native format used is .skp. On the other hand, 3ds Max 2016 is used for creating 3ds max scenes, which in turn are rendered using Vray version 3.00. Demolished sometime during the second half of the nineties, this structure was then meticulously rebuilt while preserving its traditional architectural features. Built on top with three stories and a pitched roof, this traditional construction relied on tried-and-true building methods from a bygone era. Originally designed to serve as the main ground floor space for a bookshop, this location is now available for rent. Upstairs, first-floor offices cater primarily to insurance companies, acting as their operational hub in that capacity. With one leg situated on the main street and featuring the characteristically robust structure that is synonymous with its standing presence.
