For Bose QC45, Bought this gaming mic off amazon https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07W3W9LHV?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details Mic works pretty good but it just spins in the headset without this. The headset rubber/plastic isn't the sturdiest so I recommend leaving this plastic piece on the mic once you install it.
