The Boeing CST-100 Starliner is a 21st century space capsule developed in collaboration with NASA's Commercial Crew Program. This reusable spacecraft can accommodate up to seven passengers or a mix of crew and cargo for low-Earth orbit missions, including service to the International Space Station. Featuring an innovative weldless structure, wireless internet, and tablet technology, it is designed for maximum protection, capability, and comfort. Boeing's Starliner has a significant economic impact across the United States, with over 425 suppliers in 37 states supporting its development. Key features include a pusher abort system for safe crew escape, wireless internet for communication and docking, and an innovative weldless design that reduces mass and production time. Boeing is also developing a spacesuit called "Boeing Blue" to be worn by Starliner crew members during launch, ascent, and re-entry. The Starliner will launch from Space Launch Complex 41 on Florida's Space Coast, marking the first new access tower built there since the Apollo era.
