Revamped in October 2016, this model boasts enhanced windshield, fuselage, and engine detail as well as geometry. Its textures have been significantly modified to heighten realism and visual appeal. The aircraft's dimensions are nearly scale-accurate based on actual specifications. It features animateable components like landing gear, doors, rudders, elevators, ailerons, flaps, engine turbines, beacon and navigation lights. Primarily designed for in-flight animations, videos, or simulations, this model can also contribute to airport scenes. Comprising all materials and textures, the model is available in various liveries and formats. The Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner is a long-range, mid-size wide-body, twin-engine jet airliner, marking the beginning of the 787 family. As the smallest variant, it can accommodate 210 passengers in a three-class configuration. This model was the first to be launched in 2011, with additional variants like the 787-9 to follow.
