This model is constructed to resemble actual size and features various textures and materials. It comes in several airline liveries and includes movable components such as landing gear, landing gear doors, rudder, elevators, ailerons, flaps, engine turbines, beacon and navigation lights. The model is available in multiple formats. Boeing created the 757 in the early '80s to replace aging 727s; it's an efficient, two-engine aircraft seating up to 180 passengers with a range of over 5,000 miles. Airlines favored this single-aisle design due to its layout. The extended 757-300 version debuted in 1999 with Condor; it was the longest single-aisle twinjet ever built.
