The model is constructed closely following real-life dimensions and features all materials and textures, available in various airline liveries. Animated components include landing gear, doors, rudder, elevators, ailerons, flaps, engine turbines, beacons, and navigation lights. Developed by Boeing in the early 80s to replace aging 727s, the 757 is an efficient two-engine aircraft with 180 passenger capacity and over 5000 miles range. It was well-received by airlines for its single middle aisle seating layout; the initial version, 757-200, launched in 1983 with Eastern Air Lines.
