Boeing 737 throttle with reverse thrust blocker for Saitek throttle quadrant

I've made a major overhaul of the FlyAway Solutions' Boeing 737 throttle. The reverse thrust lever has been reworked to operate the reverse blocker mechanism that physically limits the throttle's retard movement. When the reverse thrust lever is lifted upwards, the blocking is removed and the throttle can be retarded all the way down to its lowest position in the Saitek's throttle quadrant, enabling the reverse thrust trigger in the simulator (the thrust reverse trigger must be set up for when the throttle's lever is fully retarded).\r\n\r\nI am including the main handle's model without engine numbers and two handle models with engine number placeholders. The engine number models are also included and once printed (in a different color, of course), they need to be carefully pushed into the corresponding placeholders in the handles. Some minor adjustments may be necessary for a proper fit.\r\n\r\nI am also including the model of the throttle's body and cover with their holes covered by a 0.2mm thick plate. This is done to prevent problems when printing the parts. On my printer, small holes on the initial layer are not printed well, and often printing the parts results in a messy blob of plastic that gets dragged around. After printing the parts, just punch through the thin layer to open the holes.\r\n\r\nThe hole for the Saitek throttle quadrant's lever was intentionally made a bit larger. If the throttle doesn't sit snugly on the lever, put a piece of electric insulation tape around the very top and middle part of the quadrant's lever to compensate for the gap. This allows a semi-flexible but tight connection between the throttle and the lever.\r\n\r\nPlease note that for the Agronn's X-Top flight simulator panel, you will need to implement a solution to tilt the throttle quadrants in order to use the full extent of the lever's movement. With the default setup, the reverse thrust lever of the throttle may not allow the throttle to be fully advanced. I'm working on finding the proper solution for this problem.\r\n\r\nIf your 3D printer makes parts with holes that are wider than expected, please use the models I posted in the comments for this throttle handle. They have smaller mounting holes.\r\n\r\nIf you'd like to make a small donation in appreciation of my efforts, please use the "Tip designer" button on this page: https://www.thingiverse.com/Wierzbowsky/designs
