Boeing 737 Gear Level Mechanism (2 Pieces) v2 fixed
thingiverse
Work perfectly with cockpit sim parts panels. I crafted two components, lever and support. If you can't print a larger piece like this, utilize a program to slice horizontally just below the nuts' support. I created nuts supports and holes to be sliced. Be cautious not to cut the lever. I employed Netfabb Basic (free version) to make cuts. I did not create holes for the switches, allowing you to choose the switch that suits your needs. Bolts are 6mm in size. Utilize a rubber band or spring between bolts to create resistance. To separate the lever, use Cura or Simplify3D. Both can separate pieces. This prototype does not replicate real angles nor sizes; it's just a working design for me. Feel free to request the Solidworks files. v2 Update: The lever is now a standalone piece. Sorry guys The Solidworks file has been added as well.
