The detailed and textured Boeing 737 model is near-scale with animateable features such as landing gear, turbines, ailerons, flaps, elevators, and rudder. Launched in 1981 by USAir and Southwest Airlines, the 737-300 marked the start of the Classic series. The Boeing 737 Classic, comprising -300/-400/-500 models, was initially dubbed as the 'new generation' of the 737. Manufactured from 1984 to 2000, a total of 1,988 aircraft were delivered before the series' conclusion.
